Complain Definitely Resolved Via Email

We all know about Email, Many of People use E-mail services. There is a huge contribution of Google's G-mail. Google provides a lot of services with only one account of Google. But Did you know that E-mail is having It's genuine meaning I.e. Electronic Letter.
It is most helpful in solving the problems , we generally face with many service providers, like SimCard Service, Bank Service and other e-commerce services and many more fields are there where we can get much help by Email.
Email is the written complain that is a proof of Your complain which is not available on your calling to customer care, hence they have to take action on the issue.
Here we'll Tell you the examples how you can use your e-mail to resolve a problem or complain.
1. If you are using a sim card, like Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, Jio etc.
Suppose Your balance is deducted for any kind of reasons, which is not known to you, means fault is of Company. This is obviously thing that You'll call the Customer Care of that Service Provider. But Sometimes you won't get the solution from Customer Care then E-mail is the best Option.
You should E-mail in a formal Format
and write all the necessary Details about the issue. And Send to the respective Mail Service. They'll definitely reply you and solve the problem.
Eg: If you have offer of Full Talktime of 50 of 50 but didn't get full Talktime, Even you call Customer Care but they tell that there is no offer or Talktime would be credited soon. But you still didn't get. You should E-mail to that Service Provider with the screenshot of the offer *if have?
They will definitely approach you and solve your problem in 15 minutes, or they call back you and give talktime instantly.
2. If you have Bank Related issues, then you will also use your e-mail to resolve it.
